Commercial Litigation Attorney
A dynamic, client-focused law firm in Texas is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their growing practice. The team represents a diverse portfolio of clients - from mid-sized businesses to national corporations - in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, partnership and shareholder litigation, real estate, construction, and fiduciary matters.
Commercial Litigation Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
- Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and hearings.
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and client correspondence.
- Collaborate on strategy and trial preparations
- Engage in negotiations, mediation, and settlement discussions.
Commercial Litigation Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred)
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience
- Trial or arbitration experience is a plus
