Class Action Litigation Counsel
A leading law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation and a strong interest in working on cutting‑edge class action matters.
Key Responsibilities & Desired Experience:
- Defending class action lawsuits involving:
- Employment discrimination
- Workplace privacy
- EEOC/DOL matters
- Wage and hour claims
- Statutory or common law privacy issues
- Products liability
- Consumer fraud
- Managing complex cases and contributing to strategic litigation decisions.
- Producing exceptional written work product and legal research.
Qualifications:
- Superior academic credentials and strong research/writing skills are required.
- Prior experience handling significant class action or complex litigation matters is strongly preferred.
- Bar admission in Georgia or Texas (depending on office location) is required.
