Role: Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital client onboarding (account openings for German and international shipping clients, including KYC checks).
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations:
- Account management
- Payment transactions & cash management
- Guarantee business
- Interest rate & currency management
- Coordinate with internal departments regularly.
- Support customer service representatives with sales-related tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training in banking, commercial sector, or relevant shipping industry experience.
- Professional experience in commercial banking, international business, or payment transactions is advantageous.
- Structured, goal-oriented approach with high quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills in German and good English proficiency (especially for international client calls).
- Interest in digital payment solutions and innovation.
