This role offers the opportunity to work on complex labor matters including collective bargaining, contract administration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.
- Handle grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB.
- Advise clients on labor relations strategy and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams on employment litigation matters as needed.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the Colorado Bar.
- 7+ years of traditional labor law experience.
- Experience with collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and NLRB proceedings.
- Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
