Remote Litigation Counsel

Litigation Counsel Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counsel and representation to clients in complex employment litigation cases, including issues such as wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
- Manage and handle all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery to motions practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters, ensuring effective legal strategies and successful outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to their specific business needs, advising on employment law risks and potential litigation challenges.
- Stay informed on changes and developments in labor and employment law, ensuring that clients' strategies and practices are up-to-date and compliant with evolving legal requirements.
Litigation Counsel Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for labor & employment litigation.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases independently, including courtroom and arbitration experience.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
