What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor on labor and employment matters, including compliance, investigations, and litigation strategy.
- Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
- Provide practical, business-oriented solutions to clients across diverse industries.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and emerging trends in employment law.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
- 8+ years of labor and employment experience, ideally in a law firm or corporate counsel role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset.
