The Opportunity
This attorney will independently manage a diverse litigation caseload while working alongside highly respected litigators on complex matters involving:
- Auto and transportation defense
- General liability litigation
- Personal injury claims
- Catastrophic injury matters
- Complex insurance defense litigation
Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through resolution, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances and mediations, developing litigation strategy, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- 3-8 years of defense litigation experience
- Experience handling personal injury, transportation, auto, general liability, or catastrophic injury matters preferred
- Strong writing, communication, and client-management skills
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
Compensation
Base Salary: $165,000 - $210,000+ depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
