Legal Counsel - Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply, lease, construction, and service agreements.
- Provide legal support for the construction, development, and operation of U.S. manufacturing facilities.
- Prepare and manage corporate governance documents, including board consents and internal company documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, and other crossâfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive legal support.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in one of the following:
- Automotive industry legal experience (candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S.), or
- Corporate law experience, with candidates based in Kentucky or South Carolina
- J.D. degree with an active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
