Labor & Employment Counsel
Location: Fully remote (U.S.-based)

Annual Billable Requirement: 1,500 hours
Compensation Range: $130,000 to $165,000
About the Role
Our clients are looking for an experienced employment attorney with a minimum of six years of practice to join their Growing labor & Employment practice group. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and an active license to practice law in their state of residence. This position is well suited for an attorney who values high quality legal work within a structured, technology enabled practice model that emphasizes efficiency, collaboration, and professional excellence.
Attorneys in this position can expect to manage and defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, collaborating closely with clients and high value stakeholders. Labor & Employment Counsel Responsibilities
- Manage assigned administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from intake through resolution
- Draft clear, persuasive position statements
- Respond to agency requests for information and supplemental inquiries
- Communicate directly with clients to provide strategic guidance and regular updates
- Interact with federal, state, and local administrative agencies
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
Labor & Employment Counsel Qualifications
- At least 6 years of employment law experience
- Experience handling administrative agency charges at the federal and state levels, preferably on the management side
- A strong background in drafting persuasive position statements
- Experience representing clients in hearings and/or mediations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- An active bar license in their state of residence, in good standing
