Labor and Employment Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labor and Employment Attorney to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have experience advising and representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, counseling, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in federal and state court litigation, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations.
- Provide strategic advice on employment policies, workplace investigations, wage and hour issues, and employee relations.
- Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and separation agreements.
- Conduct training sessions on employment law topics for clients.
- Stay current on developments in labor and employment law and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Georgia Bar.
- 3-7 years of labor and employment law experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong litigation skills and experience handling employment-related claims.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively in a team environment.
