Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced EPLI attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law.
- Client Focus: Work with a variety of firm clients, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation
- Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and paralegals
- Focus on tactical case work rather than in-person appearances
- Court Involvement: Minimal need to attend depositions, hearings, conferences, or trials
- Experience Required: Strong background in:
- Employment law
- Working with administrative agencies
- Civil litigation in federal and state courts
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-7 years of experience in employment litigation
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional local travel
- Strong leadership and litigation skills
