Associates in this group work across a wide spectrum of high‑value, market‑moving transactions, including:
- Structured finance & securitization (including ABS, CLO, CMBS, and related products)
- Asset‑based lending (ABL) and other secured lending transactions
- Syndicated lending & leveraged finance
- Private credit and direct lending
- Capital markets and private securities offerings
- Complex structured lending arrangements

Qualifications
The firm is seeking candidates with:
- 2-6+ years of transactional experience in any of the following areas:
- Securities offerings
- Securitization or structured finance
- Bank lending or syndicated lending
- Asset‑backed or structured lending
- Leveraged finance
- CLO, ABS, or CMBS experience (a plus, not required)
- Strong academic credentials
- Prior law firm training and strong deal experience
- A desire to build a robust, versatile finance practice at the highest level
