About the Role:
A well-established and dynamic law firm in Phoenix is seeking a highly motivated Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and litigation, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in complex workplace disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings before agencies such as the EEOC and DOL.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
  • 2-5 years of employment litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
