A leading national management-side labor and employment law firm is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of employment law experience to join its fully remote team. This role offers a reduced billable-hour requirement, no business development expectations, and no required travel, making it an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking greater flexibility without sacrificing sophisticated employment law work.
This role focuses on managing administrative agency charges and demand letters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include drafting position statements, responding to agency inquiries, representing clients in settlement negotiations and mediations, and providing strategic counsel throughout the process. Attorneys work directly with employers while leveraging a technology-driven platform designed to deliver efficient, high-quality client service.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of labor & employment law experience
  • Experience handling administrative agency charges and investigations
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills
  • Experience with position statements, hearings, and/or mediations
  • Active bar membership in good standing
  • Comfortable utilizing technology and AI-driven tools to enhance client service and efficiency
