The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its in-house legal function. Working closely with senior legal leadership, this individual will assist with legal operations, corporate matters, regulatory filings, contract administration, real estate transactions, and general business support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing legal department within a well-established organization undergoing continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day activities of the legal department and assist with departmental priorities.
  • Manage legal records, files, and document retention processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on corporate and real estate matters.
  • Assist with business licensing, registrations, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation and corporate records.
  • Manage legal invoices and coordinate with finance teams regarding processing and payment.
  • Assist with contract administration and insurance-related documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the legal department and various business units.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Corporate, commercial, compliance, or real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency managing confidential information and maintaining accurate legal records.
