About the Role: You will work closely with a highly regarded team of partners and associates on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Private Equity (PE)
- Venture Capital (VC)
- Equity Capital Markets (ECM)
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple sectors and deal types, supported by a collaborative and well-resourced team.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
- Trained at a top-tier law firm in the UK, Ireland, or Scotland
- Strong academic background
- Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen
- A team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
