What You'll Do:
- Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other substantive court filings.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in discovery strategy.
- Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive written advocacy.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategy and drive favorable outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Litigation background, construction litigation experience not required.
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances.
- Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active California bar license and residence within California.
