A well-established mid-sized law firm in Montgomery County, MD, with over 45 years of client-focused service, is seeking a full-time Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Litigation Department. The firm fosters a collegial environment where compassion, integrity, and collaboration are at the core of its practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft complaints, dispositive motions, discovery, and complex legal memoranda.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on a wide range of commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Participate in client meetings, hearings, and litigation strategy sessions.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Represent clients in court, including presenting oral arguments and handling trials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong background in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and legal writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Admission to the Maryland Bar required; DC and Virginia Bar admissions are a plus.
