The Role:

  • Provide labor & employment support in M&A and corporate transactions.
  • Counsel employers on all aspects of the employment relationship.
  • Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, separation agreements, and related documents.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Flexibility on Seniority: Open to attorneys with 2-7 years of experience (junior to senior associates).
  • Minimum 2 years of executive compensation & employee benefits experience (and the tax, securities and other relevant law associated with such matters) in a BigLaw setting
