What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary advisor for an established portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients
- Build deep, long-term relationships by understanding clients' goals and delivering customized financial strategies
- Provide guidance across investments, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning needs
- Partner with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive, sophisticated solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand your practice
- Act as a fiduciary, placing clients' best interests at the center of every recommendation
- Drive business growth while maintaining a high level of service and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships and a book of business within wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services
- Strong knowledge of investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial planning concepts
- Proven ability to build trust and create lasting relationships with affluent clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of business development and practice growth
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative sales skills
- Ability to work independently while leveraging a collaborative support network
Licensing & Credentials
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required
- Series 65 or Series 66 required
- Life & Health Insurance License required (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
- CFP®, CFA®, or pursuit of a professional financial planning designation is highly valued
