- Catastrophic injury claims

- Complex civil litigation
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, and handle motion practice
- Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
- Take and defend depositions and attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Provide strategic case analysis and regular client reporting
- Negotiate resolutions and support trial preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex matters
Background & Experience
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Texas bar admission
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Trial experience required; first or second chair experience preferred
- Strong deposition and motion practice background
- Transportation, trucking, logistics, casualty, or personal injury experience preferred
- Excellent advocacy, analytical, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation up to $230,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunity
