Senior Contract Manager
A top Healthcare product distributor is currently looking to expand by bringing on a Compliance Specialist. This organization is a key leader in the EMS space, delivering high-end healthcare products and services across the nation. As a the Senior Contracts Manager you will be responsible for reviewing, negotitating and managing complex commercial agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
- Independently review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad portfolio of commercial contracts, including customer supply agreements, NDAs, consulting agreements, and master services agreements.
- Own contract administration and tracking within the organization's contract management system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve contract management processes and procedures, overseeing the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, renewal, and closeout.
- Develop, update, and deploy contract templates; manage contract‑related process enhancements and change requests to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support contract operations and enforce data integrity by conducting regular quality reviews and audits of archived contracts to ensure accurate capture, tracking, and compliance.
- Partner cross‑functionally with other departments within the organization.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent contract execution and compliance.
Skills and Experience:
- BS/BA degree and 5+ years of relevant contract management and/or legal operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.
- Ability to clearly, concisely, and comprehensively draft complex concepts, provisions, and deal structures into commercial contracts.
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of MSFT Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), DocuSign, and Adobe.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, IT, HR, finance, customer service, warehouse etc.) to achieve business objectives
