Job Title: Remote Litigation Attorney - Property Damage (1st Party)

About Us: A dynamic and fast-growing firm with a strong focus on first-party property damage litigation. The team is expanding rapidly, and is seeking experienced litigation attorneys to join remotely and help serve clients across multiple states.
Position Overview: We are looking for skilled attorneys licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, or Colorado with 5+ years of experience in first-party property damage litigation. This is a fully remote position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of first-party property damage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies.
- Maintain high standards of client service and legal excellence.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, or Colorado.
- 5+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on first-party property damage.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and work remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
