We're seeking an experienced Employment Special Counsel to handle EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) matters exclusively in a fully remote capacity. This is a standout opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team on sophisticated, high-volume employment litigation.
What you'll do
Manage a caseload of EPLI employment litigation matters end-to-end
Handle claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination
Draft motions, pleadings, and legal strategy documents
Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and drive case resolution
Collaborate with insurers, clients, and internal teams
What you bring
8+ years of employment litigation experience
Strong background in EPLI defense work preferred
Excellent writing, advocacy, and communication skills
Ability to independently manage cases in a remote setting
Active bar license in your state of residence
