Summary Description:
Seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the St. Louis office of an AM Law 200 firm. The ideal candidate should possess experience in Real Estate and/or Real Estate Finance areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and construction of real property.
- Advise on development incentives, financing structures, redevelopment projects, and special purpose districts, including navigating administrative procedures.
- Manage multiple complex legal matters simultaneously, providing strategic guidance from initiation through completion.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Work independently and efficiently while showing a clear commitment to building a career in real estate law.
- Deliver high-quality legal work and meet billable hour requirements to support exceptional client service.
- Contribute to business development efforts both individually and as part of a team.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.

Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (required)
- Licensure: Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Missouri; ongoing compliance with CLE and license renewal requirements is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in real estate and/or real estate finance, with a focus on leasing, acquisitions, and sales transactions.
