A fast-growing legal advisory firm is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel to support its expanding portfolio of clients in the blockchain, digital assets, and emerging tech space. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues in a dynamic, cross-border environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on regulatory and licensing matters related to digital tokens, stablecoins, and fintech platforms across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and token-related agreements (e.g., SAFTs, SAFEs, validator agreements, IP licenses).
- Support clients on token launches, governance structures, and corporate setups (including DAOs and offshore entities).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across legal, product, and compliance functions.
- Monitor legal developments and contribute to internal legal frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
- 4-7 years PQE, qualified in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction.
- Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team, ideally with exposure to fintech, crypto, or emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of digital asset regulations and token-related legal considerations.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory landscape.
