- Join a growing global law firm as a Senior Labor & Employment Counsel within its California Labor & Employment practice. Opportunities are available in Los Angeles and Irvine with a flexible hybrid schedule.
- Seeking attorneys with significant management-side labor and employment litigation experience, ideally including representation of public entities and an active California Bar license.
- In this role, candidates will independently manage sophisticated employment matters from inception through resolution, including depositions, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Practice includes high-exposure matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, reasonable accommodation, and other employment claims under California and federal law.

- Compensation: $230,000-$275,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience
Possess excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school
Admission to the bar in California
Extensive experience in all aspects of litigation
Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
Effective oral advocate
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
