Labor and Employment Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of employment litigation, from case intake to resolution
- Respond to administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, including drafting position statements and related submissions.
- Conduct early case evaluations and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient case management.
Labor and Employment Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of employment law experience, including litigation and administrative charge defense.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team.
