- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement conferences.
- Contribute to trial strategy, discovery planning, and witness preparation.

What You Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in labor & employment law.
- Proven litigation skills, including agency and court appearances.
- Strong background in depositions, legal writing, and client counseling.
- Licensed to practice in Ohio.
