Overview:
A nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking a Career Associate to join its Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated coverage and commercial litigation matters within a highly collaborative and innovative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex matters involving insurance coverage across professional liability, general liability, and D&O policies
- Draft coverage opinions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis
- Work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a broader team
- Contribute to strategic case development and litigation planning
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation
- Strong understanding of liability and D&O insurance policies
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a flexible team environment
Location:
- Open to candidates in any office location
- Virtual office option available
Compensation:
- $175,000 - $275,000+, depending on experience
