Employment Litigation Responsibilites:
- Handle a wide range of employment-related disputes, including:
- Discrimination and harassment claims
- Wrongful termination and retaliation cases
- Wage and hour compliance issues
- Provide strategic guidance on workplace policies and risk management.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and remote settlement discussions.
- Collaborate with peers in a supportive, virtual environment.
Employment Litigation Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in law or a related field.
- Active professional licensure in your state of residence.
- At least 6 years of experience in employment-related matters.
- Experience with insurance-related cases is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
