A nationally respected organization is seeking a seasoned Employment Litigation Professional to join its fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in employment-related disputes and a passion for helping clients navigate complex workplace issues. The position offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work with a collaborative team on impactful matters.

Employment Litigation Responsibilites:

  • Handle a wide range of employment-related disputes, including:
    • Discrimination and harassment claims
    • Wrongful termination and retaliation cases
    • Wage and hour compliance issues
  • Provide strategic guidance on workplace policies and risk management.
  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and remote settlement discussions.
  • Collaborate with peers in a supportive, virtual environment.

Employment Litigation Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in law or a related field.
  • Active professional licensure in your state of residence.
  • At least 6 years of experience in employment-related matters.
  • Experience with insurance-related cases is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
