Clients range from mid-sized companies to multinational corporations, spanning industries such as finance, real estate, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. The team is seeking a strong Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team.
Commercial Litigation Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct depositions, court hearings, and oral arguments.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and legal risk.
- Manage and mentor junior attorneys and support staff when appropriate.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Commercial Litigation Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Experience with federal and state court
