A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded standalone Commercial practice. In this role, you will work on a wide range of high‑value and strategically important commercial matters. These include drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing agreements, strategic partnerships, supply and distribution arrangements, licensing structures, and cross‑border commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders both within the firm and across the client base, gaining exposure to sophisticated commercial issues and business‑critical decisions.
The Commercial team operates as an independent, standalone practice, giving its lawyers autonomy, visibility, and the ability to build deep technical expertise. Because of this structure, associates benefit from clear and accelerated progression opportunities, with a well‑defined path toward senior roles.
