Business Litigation Associate
A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in the Baltimore office. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced practice, you'll be immersed in complex commercial disputes, collaborating with Chambers ranked litigators who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. From managing depositions and expert witnesses to courtroom advocacy, this role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow your litigation career in a meaningful way. As a Business Litigation Associate, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct and defend depositions, manage expert witnesses, and participate in courtroom proceedings.
- Collaborate with experienced litigators in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Bankruptcy litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation case management.
- Admitted to the Maryland Bar or eligible for admission.
- Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.
- Prior clerkship experience is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $220,000 - $325,000 annually.
