The Opportunity
A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its established and growing Corporate team.
This role offers the opportunity to advise a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, private investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and companies across a broad range of sectors. The team advises on corporate transactions throughout the business lifecycle, including investments, acquisitions and disposals, shareholder matters, corporate structuring and general advisory work.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative, partner-led team known for delivering commercial, tailored advice and developing long-term client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE gained at a leading regional, national or City firm.
- Have experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactional matters.
- Possess strong drafting, analytical and technical skills.
- Be commercially minded with excellent client relationship abilities.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Take a proactive and solutions-focused approach to your work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising on mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
- Supporting clients on corporate structuring and governance matters.
- Assisting investors, business owners and management teams on strategic transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation.
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Working closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to provide a seamless client service.
