The ideal candidate is comfortable representing the organization in public forums, building relationships across the sector, and translating complex policy issues into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze proposed rule changes and summarize their potential commercial, operational, and strategic impacts.

  • Support internal teams - including commercial, development, and asset groups - with timely policy insights.

  • Prepare concise briefings for leadership on market design issues and regulatory developments.

  • Contribute to the organization's policy positions and external engagement strategies.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Ability to understand how policy decisions influence market outcomes and asset economics.

  • Comfortable interacting with external stakeholders and representing the organization in discussions.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex regulatory topics.

  • Self‑directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities across different markets.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in energy markets, policy, regulation, or a related discipline.
