SEA Regulatory Affairs Lead - Top Financial Institution

My client is a leading and top Financial Institution, and we are recruiting for a Regional Regulatory Affairs Lead to be based in the Singapore's office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all policy related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders and regulators. We are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry and scale up with the business

Responsibilities

  • Manage Regulatory Affairs for the SEA region, including Singapore
  • Work closely with the public-private stakeholders & taskforce to draft, advise and contribute to policies and regulations
  • Lead industry forums across target market
  • Drive strategic initiatives internally to align with latest regulatory developments
  • Manage and guide policy initiatives internally, collaborating with various internal stakeholders
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that policies are in line with business and regulatory requirement

Responsibilities

  • Minimally 10 years of experience in policy/regulatory work
  • Familar with policies governing Financial Markets and/or Financial Products
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders at a high level
  • Ability to drive startegic initiatives
  • Has high initiative, with a strong ability to manage ambiguous situations
  • Able to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and tight timelines
