Litigation Attorney
An established client with a national presence is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Litigation team in the Phoenix, AZ office. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of litigation experience and hold an active Arizona Bar license. Strong candidates will demonstrate an interest in real property litigation-including condemnation matters-along with exposure to environmental, commercial, and contract disputes.
Key Experience:
- Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including handling case files, motion practice, and depositions
- Familiarity with e‑discovery platforms
- Excellent academic credentials
- An interest in handling general litigation experience as well as handling complex natural resource litigation
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience
- Active California Bar
- Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation abilities
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
