Legal Analyst / Paralegal - Asset Management (1-year contract)
My client is a leading and growing Asset Management Firm and we are recruiting for a Legal Analyst. You will be given the opportunity to support the legal team and work closely with stakeholders in the market.
Responsibilities for this Legal Analyst / Paralegal - Asset Management
- Maintain and update internal legal databases and systems, including compiling data and reviewing active and terminated client agreements.
- Provide company secretarial support in APAC.
- Support the review of offering documents and other materials
- Assist with monitoring legal and regulatory developments in APAC related to privacy and data protection
Requirements for this Legal Analyst / Paralegal - Asset Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, ideally in asset management.
- Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
