A well respected, growth‑oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join its Florida practice. The ideal candidate brings a portable book of business, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to grow within a firm that offers exceptional culture, meaningful autonomy, and a leading compensation structure. This role provides a true runway to expand your practice with robust support and minimal internal barriers.
Labor and Employment Responsibilities:
- Manage, service, and expand your existing labor and employment client base.
- Provide strategic legal counsel across employment litigation, counseling, compliance, investigations, and traditional labor matters.
- Collaborate closely with partners across multiple offices to maximize cross‑selling and referral opportunities.
- Participate in practice group leadership initiatives and contribute to firmwide growth strategies.
- Mentor associates and contribute to team development where appropriate
Labor and Employment Partner Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Minimum of 8+ years of labor & employment experience.
- Portable book of business preferred
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage client relationships.
