Compensation: $145,000 - $225,000 + Bonus
A highly respected California litigation firm is seeking a Transportation Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice representing major trucking, logistics, and transportation clients in high-exposure matters throughout the state.

What You'll Do
- Manage transportation litigation matters independently from intake through resolution
- Develop case strategy and conduct early case analysis
- Draft and argue motions, prepare legal memoranda, and manage all phases of written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Communicate directly with clients, claims professionals, and opposing counsel
- Prepare matters for trial and collaborate on complex, high-exposure cases
Ideal Background
- Active California Bar membership
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Experience handling transportation, trucking, commercial vehicle, or similar casualty matters
- Strong writing, deposition, and advocacy skills
- Comfortable managing files independently and interacting directly with clients
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
