General Counsel - Hospitality
A beloved Hospitality Company is looking to hire a General Counsel. Putting on over 10,000 events across the country annually, this respected partner is looking for a team player to be the sole legal counsel of their company. This private equity backed company received another investment most recently in June of 2025. On the back of this investment, they are looking to continue growing - if you see yourself spearheading these efforts in a General Counsel position, please don't hesitate to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Lead legal matters for a growing company - business development and growth support
- Handle real estate agreements and due diligence including leasing, renewals and extensions, landlord management, and contract negotiation
- Work with employment matters
- Handle permits, agreements, and compliance with any contracts and regulations associated with events
- Work directly with C-Suite Execs
Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school
- 8+ years of legal experience
- Real estate experience required. Especially in the leasing space
- Employment experience preferred
- Positive and can-do attitude. Ready to tackle anything that comes across the desk
- Comfortability heading up legal efforts with company individually
- On-site requirement in Temecula, CA
