About the Role:
Our client, a leading law firm with a nationally recognized Fund Finance practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Finance Attorney to join its Charlotte office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premier team representing major financial institutions in providing financing to private equity funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities and other financing structures for private equity funds.
- Review and analyze organizational documents such as limited partnership agreements and side letters.
- Draft and negotiate loan documentation and security agreements.
- Provide guidance on complex diligence issues and structure solutions for clients.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in fund finance, banking & finance, or related practice areas.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with deal teams and clients.
- Must be barred or have applied for admission to the bar in North Carolina.
