Finance Attorney
A leading client is seeking an experienced Finance Attorney to join its Structured Finance and Securitization Team in their Charlotte office. This is a growth hire need, at a place with opportunities for advancement and collaborative culture. The position involves working on sophisticated transactions, including representation of issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on complex structured finance and securitization transactions.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents for issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of deals.
- Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments impacting structured finance and leveraged transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 4+ years of transactional experience with a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions, OR
- 3+ years of transactional experience ideally focused on structured finance and/or securitization transactions.
- Education: Juris Doctor from a reputable law school.
- Admissions: North Carolina or ability to waive in immediately.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
