Position Overview
- Associate attorney (3-5 years' experience) in employment litigation and class actions
- Location: Seattle office
Required Experience
- Defending employers in employment disputes, including:
- Discrimination
- Wrongful termination
- Restrictive covenants
- Wage and hour matters
- Drafting:
- Discovery
- Initial pleadings
- Dispositive motions
- Agency position statements
- Strong persuasive advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience
- Advising employers on workplace policies and day‑to‑day legal issues
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials
