Key Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Provide employment counseling on a range of HR and compliance issues
- Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies
- Collaborate with partners on strategy and client advisory matters
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 3-4 years of employment litigation and counseling experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and within teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: Approximately $235,000 to $260,000, depending on experience
