Director, Corporate Counsel
An established global organization is seeking an experienced attorney to support commercial and corporate legal matters across a complex domestic and international business environment. Reporting to senior legal leadership, this role will provide legal guidance to numerous business units worldwide and play a key role in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and commercial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements
- Advise on U.S. commercial law and cross-border legal matters
- Manage and resolve commercial disputes
- Support commercial contracting policies and compliance processes
- Conduct training and educational sessions on commercial contracting requirements and positions
- Assist with privacy compliance matters, including GDPR and CCPA
Requirements
- J.D. degree and active bar admission
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience in private practice and/or industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of an organization

- Opportunity to supervise and develop team members
- Approximately 10% travel required
