Corporate Attorney
A leading global law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join its corporate and transactional team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of financing, lending, and corporate matters while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders on complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting finance-related transactions, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Support a variety of financing, lending, and corporate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and finance-related documents
- Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction execution
- Advise on financing matters, compliance requirements, and risk considerations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality work product
- Support clients on general corporate and commercial matters as needed
Corporate Attorney Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant corporate, finance, banking, or transactional experience
- Experience working on financing transactions, credit facilities, secured lending, or related matters
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated academic achievement and professional excellence preferred
