Advancing Women of Colour in Regulatory and Legal

The majority of leaders within Regulatory and Legal state that diversity is a business priority – 90% of CEOs report it is their most important one according to McKinsey & Company. Yet, little progress has been made in recent years and women, particularly women of colour, remain underrepresented at the top. 

In this article, we explore the current ‘state of the union’ for women of colour across the STEM-landscape and explore the underlying processes within recruitment that may create obstacles to their advancement.
