Trusts & Estates Attorney Key Responsibilities:
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and tax-efficient solutions.
- Draft complex estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Handle trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, fiduciary accounting, and tax filings.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to develop integrated planning strategies.
- Stay current on federal and state tax laws, estate planning trends, and regulatory developments.
Trusts & Estates Attorney Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in trusts & estates law.
- Strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and tax matters.
- LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred but not required.
- Florida Bar admission required.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
